Set in beautiful woodland and garden surroundings on the edge of  the charming Warwickshire village of Wilmcote.

Woodcote makes an ideal centre for exploring Shakespeare Country and the Cotswolds.  It is situated three miles outside Stratford-upon-Avon, giving easy access to the town's superb shops and restaurants, the three theatres, the River Avon and the many places of historical interest. Warwick and its Castle are seven miles away and the Cotswolds are close by - only half an hour's drive to  Chipping Campden.  Woodcote is a very convenient base for anyone visiting the National Exhibition Centre or the National Agricultural Centre as well as horse racing enthusiasts visiting Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick or Cheltenham race courses.

LOCATION

The village of Wilmcote, with Mary Arden's House in its centre, has the facilities of two inns and a village shop.  Its station gives rail access to Stratford-upon-Avon, Birmingham and Leamington Spa.  It has a local bus service as well as being on the open top guided bus tour route which runs approximately every half hour from Stratford upon Avon around places of interest including Mary Arden's House
